"I could not recommend Rob highly enough. He has been professional and dedicated to seeing me shed my excess weight. "I started training with Rob in January 2016, 5 months after the birth of my second child. I had always been relatively fit but during my second pregnancy I had put on over 50lbs and despite running on a regular basis distances up to 10k I just couldn’t shift the remaining 25lbs. I was also feeling sluggish and I didn’t even want to go shopping for clothes because I so desperately wanted to fit back in my old size 10 clothes. The beginning was tough as I had never really done weight training before. Also, I had to rethink the way I was eating and started to replace carbs by protein. I also reduced my food portions, although it took over a week before my body adjusted to this! I was also really sore for the first few weeks, but Rob’s energy and enthusiasm kept me going. Also, I quickly realised from the measurements that whatever Rob was doing was working as I was consistently losing fat and the pounds were dropping steadily.
By April I was down to my target weight of 66kgs and could fit in my old clothes. Also I had way more energy and felt so much healthier. The weight kept dropping and I had to start eating more to stabilise it – a nice problem to have. I even found my abs!
I would definitely recommend Rob to whoever wants to get fitter, leaner and stronger! I can now do pull-ups, which I had never been able to do before!!"

have just finished the 8 week lean programme and I'm so happy with my results. After having kids I never thought I'd get anywhere near my pre child weight, but i am now only 2lb off that! I've lost 10.5cm off my belly and feel more comfortable in my clothes. The exercises are suitable for all abilities and I found it easy to do them around the kids. I loved that I could eat normal food. Even though I have now finished the programme I feel I've been set up so that I can continue to lead a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend this to anyone, no matter what their level of fitness or time they have spare. Thank you! X
I have just completed the 8 week lean group and I have been really impressed with my results. Over 8 weeks I have lost 5.5kg and cm's from all over my body! Rob has been a great trainer, he is always in contact and will answer any question you have, no matter how silly!
I have never done anything like this before or any proper diet or training so was very apprehensive before starting out. However with a combination of Robs support and the fantastic on-line support from the Facebook group I have really enjoyed the last 8 weeks.
At first I did find the workouts tough, but soon got into the habit of them and yes they did become easier the more I did them. I also found I became aware of the amount of calories and protein which food contains, these are habits which I will continue to follow in the future.
As a busy mum of 3 children, I would definitely recommend Rob and his training, you can fit it in around your daily life and see impressive and lasting results quickly.

I have always hated any sort of exercise. My weight has always yo yo'd for as long as I can remember. You name a fad diet and I've tried it! Since having my children I have now reached my heaviest ever weight! I am ashamed of what my body looks like but with the help and support from Rob I have started to change the way I think about exercise. I can honestly say I actually look forward to going to the gym and eating better. The results from the last 8 weeks may not look drastic but it's all in the mind. I can do this and continue to change!!!

“I began working with Rob at the beginning of Jan this year. My goal was to tone up and lose some fat. My first month has gone really well! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the workout.
